Oink Noona: Genki Sushi, Chinatown Point

"I came along. I wrote a song for you. And all the things you do, it was called yellow."

Noona just found that someone uploaded the latest string of A Head Full of Dream Tour by Coldplay (either in Singapore or Bangkok because only those two countries the Coldplay has visited in 2017 so far) and oh boy, there is no way she's gonna moving on from this best band in the world. Despite the fact that she has just watched and danced to their songs last Saturday.

Back to corporate world, Noona's colleagues have been saying that Noona loves Chinatown so much that she often goes there for lunch. Well to be honest who can afford lunching at Downtown so often since (1) the choice of food is rather limited and (2) not budget friendly. In addition, Noona often has lunches with her friends from outside office and yes, Chinatown seems to be a good meeting point in any case. So here we are at Chinatown again at Genki Sushi.

Oink Noona: Genki Sushi, Chinatown Point

Genki Sushi is a quite fun sushi joint to hang out. It was famous when it first opened in Singapore because of the moving train/ car which will carry your sushi plates to your table upon ordering via Ipad. One train/ car can carry 3 plates of sushi at one time so you can immediately send your order to the kitchen once you have selected 3 type of sushi. Noona did not know what happened that day but she and her friend were very very hungry and so easily tempted by the display of the menu in Genki Sushi's Ipad. We ordered mentaiko tamago sushi, aburi squid sushi, mentaiko aburi salmon sushi, salted aburi salmon sushi, chicken karage mayo sushi and jumbo cheese kani sushi.

In addition, Genki Sushi was having a promotion for three different type of salmon (which looks the same to Noona's eyes) on one plate. The salmon comes from Scotland, Norway and Canada. Noona could not really differentiate the taste either.

Noona loves everything fried so she left the chicken karage mayo sushi to the last. Hehehe.

By the way, just being random, Noona found this webtoon so relevant in her life. Oh no! Hahahahhaha.
