Noona's MyFitnessPal Journey Day 4
Anyeong! Noona is still awake at this hour because tomorrow is a holiday. Yeayyy! Public holiday which fall on Wednesday is not often in Singapore so this is really a rare moment to celebrate. Thankfully the celebration did not lead to over-consumption of calorie. Hahaha.
BREAKFAST:
1 PIECE OF BAKE CHEESE TART (194 KCAL)
Noona bought two cheese tarts from BAKE because this was the first time she saw short queue at the cheese tarts store. Despite its high price tag (1 piece for SGD 3.50), the cheese tart really tastes yummy. By the way, do you know that the cheese tart taste better when it's cooled?
LUNCH:
ONE PLATE OF NASI PADANG (664 KCAL)
ONE CUP OF KIWI JUICE (53 KCAL)
It is so freaking difficult to list down what you have for lunch if you have those mix-and-match kind of lunch. What Noona means is if there are various items on your plate, it may get a bit difficult to clock the calorie for each items on the plate accurately. She could not even find some of those dishes which are considered normal at Nasi Padang's stall in Singapore such as coconut milk veggie, etc. Complicated indeed so she decided to just log the whole plate at 664 kcal. #shortcut
SNACKS:
1 PACKET OF MINI KITKAT (64 KCAL)
1 PIECE OF NUTTY BAR (81 KCAL)
1 PIECE OF CROWN'S CHEESE CRACKER (18 KCAL)
Today's snacks seem to be on the lower range of kcal. Definitely not the usual snack that Noona usually consumes. If you have to eat chocolate, do pick those petite pack of Kitkat. Japanese Kitkat works better for diet compared to Australian Kitkat simply because of the size. Noona's colleagues say that nutty bar is a healthy snack but Noona personally thinks it's kinda like a fad because it tastes so good up to the point Noona is quite sure that sugar is included inside the bar.
DINNER:
1 PACKET OF CHICKEN CAESAR WRAP (620 KCAL)
Chicken Caesar is definitely not the best salad/wrap choice for diet but it tastes so good and it won't make you feel depressed despite being...uhm, healthier? However, Salad & Wrap is closing its business at basement level of One Raffles Place by end of this month and Noona is kinda wondering where she's gonna get her wrap again after that. Oh well, not like she's going to eat so many wraps anyway.
EXERCISE:
50 MINUTES OF LES MILLS SH'BAM (396 KCAL)
13,771 STEPS OF NORMAL-SPEED WALKING (408 KCAL)
MyFitnessPal ("MFP") does not have Sh'bam class for logging in so Noona uses "Zumba" to log in her calorie burning activity instead. Hopefully the calorie is somehow accurate here. XD
OVERALL:
GOAL 1,200 KCAL - FOOD 1,694 KCAL + EXERCISE 804 KCAL = REMAINING 310 KCAL
Day 3 and 4 of Noona's journey using MFP seem to be a success despite no obvious result yet on the weighing scale. Hopefully this calorie counting works accurately since it seems to good to be true for someone who loves eating as much as Noona to be able to have calorie left to eat at the end of the day. LOL.
