Noona's MyFitnessPal Journey Day 3
Anyeong! Noona feels so tired today but anyway let's track down the day 3 (and day 4..arghh!) progress in MyFitnessPal (MFP) for records. Since there's no point to assess the effectiveness of MFP without logging in everyday. Wednesday is a holiday here in Singapore so Noona's short term target in life is to reach Wednesday in one piece. Hahaha.
BREAKFAST:
1 PIECE OF BAKE CHEESE TART (194 KCAL)
1 PIECE OF M&S FLAPJACKS MINI BITES (65 KCAL)
1 SMALL PACK OF M&S MINI MULTIGRAIN TORTILLA (95 KCAL)
Uhm, it seems that Noona is pretty hungry on a Sunday morning. Hahaha. Oops. But this was the first time Noona was able to buy the famous Hokkaido BAKE cheese tart because there is usually a long queue forming just to buy these tarts. Noona is not willing to queue for hours just to buy cheese tart which is priced at SGD 3.50 each. When she passed by the stall, the queue was so short she could not believe it but then again, apparently a year has passed since the first time BAKE opened its outlet in Singapore. The hype has gone down, it seems.
LUNCH:

1 CUP OF ICED CONDENSED MILK TEA/ TEH-C (231 KCAL)

Noona met up with her friend who is currently on secondment in Sydney. She was just back in Singapore for few days to attend her brother's wedding and Noona was so happy she's willing to allocate her already-limited time to meet Noona for lunch and tea break. We talked and talked for a good 3 hours or so and Noona has already missing her now. Maybe it's time to plan a trip back to Sydney but Noona has just visited Australia like a year ago and she does not feel like re-visiting the country yet. Oh well, let's see how it goes.
EXERCISE:
ONE HOUR OF ZUMBA (475 KCAL)
11,887 STEPS OF NORMAL-SPEED WALKING (363 KCAL)
The zumba instructor is so freaking hot and Noona is a total fan girl now. Wondering when will she be able to do the ass-cash-flash move sexily. Although not sure who is she going to show that move to. Ahem. There's nothing wrong with investing in a certain "skill" for now.
DINNER:
1 PACKET OF TAIWAN CRISPY CHICKEN FROM XIMENJIE (307 KCAL)
It seems that getting yourself busy is one way to avoid snacking. Thanks to the long commuting time from Dhoby Ghaut to Buona Vista (because Noona wanted to doze in the comfortable Circle Line), she had totally no time to snack between gym and helping out at the church. Taiwan crispy chicken after a long day feels so rewarding, really. Yum!
OVERALL:
GOAL 1,200 KCAL - FOOD 1,458 KCAL + EXERCISE 838 KCAL = REMAINING 580
Noona has read somewhere online that MFP tends to over-account the calorie burned by exercising but since Noona does not really know other way to measure calorie burned during exercise, she will just take it as it is for now. Having 580 extra calorie for a Sunday is really an impressive record for someone who loves eating so much like Noona. Let's see how long will this go. Until then, anyeong~~
