3D2N Bandung Trip: Farmhouse Susu Lembang
A trip to Bandung would not be completed without a visit to Lembang, a district which is located on higher grounds and popular with tourists from Bandung. The problem is, the main road to Lembang is forever plagued with bad traffic. However, sometimes one thing leads to another. Our bad traffic experience has made us noticing an interesting place named Farmhouse Susu Lembang. "Susu" means milk in Bahasa and Noona seriously thought Farmhouse is some kind of a place where you can observe cows, milk them and drink the milk.
However, Noona was so wrong. Farmhouse Susu Lembang is actually a mini theme park which adopts the setting of a European old town. There are so many things which can be found inside Farmhouse from a souvenir store, a costume rental store, restaurants, and a garden.
Retro European decoration can be found at every nook and cranny of Farmhouse Susu Lembang.
The souvenir store at Farmhouse is very interesting as it has quite a collection of both vintage and modern goods. It offers goods ranging from house decoration, kitchen wares to souvenirs.
Anyone fancy a pretty looking watering tool?
Or blue and white porcelain? Noona doesn't think they are made from real porcelain though as the prices don't justify the material. Good enough for display purpose though.
Snacks lovers will immediately recognise these magnets. All of these magnets are designed similar to popular Indonesian snacks and biscuits from Chitato, Lays, Chiki Ball to Tango and Genji biscuits.
Noona prefers to eat the real ones instead of buying the magnet though.
