Anyeong! Noona ate so much rice today and she could not help but having a mixed feeling now. Partly happy because rice has always been comfort food to her and partly worry because rice is cruel to waist line. Hahaha. She knows she should stop condemning herself from eating rice now and then but she really has to lose weight before July since she needs her dress to fit her for the beloved cousin's wedding. #thepressureison
But being a cafehopping-addict, Noona could not resist to reject friend's invitation to go to Pacamara Boutique Coffee Roasters despite its kinda far location at Upper Thomson Road.
Thankfully there is Marymount MRT now (which is part of Circle Line) and Pacamara Boutique Coffee Roasters is located within reasonable walking distance from the MRT station. We reached just in time for Brunch and All Day items so Noona can still have her brunch despite reaching Pacamara at 2.30PM-ish.
Noona found it easier to choose the drink because she definitely would not pass the change to try out Pacamara's in-house coffee. Especially after making her way all the way to Upper Thomson.
Special in-house brew for the day. This kind of coffee brew is usually too strong for Noona's noob caffeine intake level. So Noona definitely gives them a miss.
She's simply happy with her Iced Thai Coffee (SGD 6). Refreshing and yet not too sweet, suitable especially for a hot sunny day. Friend is doing her non-caffeine regime but she borrowed Noona's drink for Instagram purpose. Should have charged her a fee for that.
Friend ordered the Crab Meat Linguine (SGD 18) after pondering for a while between Pulled Pork Sandwich and the linguine. At the end of that gruelling few minutes, the linguine won! It is kinda nice and Pacamara seems to be quite generous with the crab meat too so friend's enjoying the pasta very much.
