Noona has actually used this picture to cover Bora's summer style before but now, let's focus on Dasom's summer style instead. Dasom's style looks very comfortable especially on a hot summer day. Noona really loves this summer photoshoot of two lovely ladies from SISTAR. Have you watched their latest MV "I Like That"? The ladies just took their first win on "Show Champion", one of the many music shows in South Korea. Do watch the MV when you are free.

But now, since it's summer, let's talk about a simple and yet cook summer style sported by the two ladies. Noona would like to discuss Bora's summer style first because well, she happens to have the necessary items required to recreated Bora's look, the white t-shirt and the denim shorts.

Short Hairstyle Inspiration from the K-pop Idols

Noona is thinking of having a hair cut and since it's summer, she considers cutting it short. But, the thing is Noona is not that slim and hence, she wonders if a short hair will look nice on her. Anyway, it does not hurt to look for an inspiration so as usual, she engages help from Line Friends to look for a nice short hairstyle inspired by k-pop idols.

Noona particulary likes Sooyoung's and Dasom's bob but oh well, let's see how it goes. =P

Steal Dasom's Music Bank Look: Bodycon Striped Dress

Dasom is one of the member of the hot Korean girl group called SISTAR. She is the fairest and the tallest amongst SISTAR's members. And obviously, being SISTAR's member, Dasom has a superb body figure. She was sported wearing bodycon shirtdress on the way to the recording office. Noona knows that this bodycon shirtdress can be unforgiving to some people (including herself too), but it's just too good to not be shared.

So after looking at how good Dasom looks in a bodycon dress, if you are blessed with the same figures, why don't you steal her look? The variegated stripe sweater dress from Urban Outfitters may do the job as well as the one worn by Dasom. The sweater dress costs USD69 at Urban Outfitters' website.

There is another alternative offered by Topshop. The striped bodycon dress from Topshop cost slightly cheaper at USD58.

If you want to make it sexier, you can opt for the bardot bodycon. Topshop offers the striped bardot bodycon on sale from USD60 to USD30.

There are so many version of striped bodycon dress out there so Noona supposes finding one will not be such a difficult task. The most difficult task is to have a superb figure like Dasom's to fit into such tight dress without looking like a sausage. Hahaha. Talking about Dasom, have you watched her recent drama called The Virtual Bride? The drama tells a story about Dasom's character, a former idol who tries to regain her popularity by appearing on a fictional reality TV show "Experience of Daughter-in-Law from the Eldest Son's Family". So, Noona guesses that we will see her challenges to gain good relationship with her on-screen mother-in-law. That's really one heck of weird variety show even though it's fictional. But we all know that mothers in law can be quite...challenging to handle. Hahaha. Not all, of course. =P

Cool Black and White Sneakers from Skechers

Noona has never tried wearing Skechers shoes until she saw a great deal over at her trip in Germany. Skechers has an outlet in a factory outlet near Berlin and the price was crazy cheap so on impulse, Noona just decided to grab one pair of Skechers. Back in Singapore, Noona is now interested to find a pair of black and white sneakers from Skechers (simply because black and white seems to be trending now, right?). And you do not necessarily wear the black and white sneakers to the gym because the sneakers is cool enough to be worn as street style fashion. You just to pair it with the right clothes like what Nana from After School did.

The pair of D'Lites Extreme Dark Panda sneakers which are worn by Nana in the above advert costs KRW 99,000 (which is equivalent to USD 86.12). Noona is into black and white sneakers and this pair of cool black and white sneakers from Skechers really tempt her quite badly.

If you think the above pair is too plain, Skechers has also come up with the funkier alternatives. What does that supposed to mean? Well, basically the idea is to add patterns to otherwise, a simple black and white sneakers. Soyou and Hyorin from SISTAR show us how fun it is to wear this funkier version of the above sneaker.

The pair worn by SISTAR's Hyorin is called D'Lites Extreme Wild Panda. It costs KRW 99,000 (USD 86.12) too.

The pair worn by Soyou is simply the white version from the one worn by Hyorin. It costs the same at KRW 99,000 (USD 86.12).

K-Fashion Inspiration: Looking Sexy with a Bardot Top by SISTAR's Bora

If you have a sexy shoulder and want to show it off without looking too much, bardot top is your best friend. For Cosmopolitan, Bora is wearing the one from Rebecca Minkoff below and looks how amazingly hot she looks without actually revealing too much.

The bardot top from Rebecca Minkoff has been out of stock but it does not mean the end of bardot top yet. Topshop, for instance, has a cute and cheaper alternative at US$43.

Another one is a crochet lace bardot top from Missguided. It costs US$38.

Since it's all time summer in Singapore, Noona should probably start toning her shoulder and chest like crazy before wearing one. =P

K-Fashion Inspiration: Denim and Plaid Magic by Bora

Randomly pick and dig a woman's wardrobe and you shall definitely find 2 style of clothes in her wardrobe, denim and plaid. Due to the rising popularity of these two styles recently, most women will definitely have one in their wardrobe. Noona is included. #guiltyascharged

If you know how to work out denim style and plaid style individually...how about bring it up for the new level, by wearing them both? No idea how, let's take a peek at Bora's style, shall we?

Bora wears a denim playsuit in the above pictorial. But I suppose, the same idea of tying up a plaid shirt slightly below the waist will also work the same if let's say you are wearing a denim shirtdress or denim top on denim pants.

K-Fashion Inspiration: I'm ready to go out of the country by Dasom

To go out of the country and enjoy my autumn break, that is. But the big hurdle between Noona and her holiday is...the fact that she just started her 2nd week at her new office. Which means, it's so impossible to take leave this month. And next month. *sad*

K-Fashion Inspiration: I'm ready to go out of the country by Dasom

What you can wear from your wardrobe to copy Dasom's style:

To be honest with you, Noona would never look as good as either Bora or Hyorin if Noona opt to spend her Friday night watching telly while eating pizza at home. Noona would probably stick to my ultimate combo of T-shirt and short (both are not decent enough to wear outside the comfort zone of my rented room). Oh wait, Noona just remember that she does not even have a telly. Great. #suddenlysad

But...if you are inviting your friend (or friends, if you haven't turned into a selectively-social or even, anti-social person) to watch movie at your house, you can totally get the inspiration from Bora and Hyorin.

How to chill at home like Bora:
